Marriot group is having it's own sets of rule..they really make you feel like the king (in my case queen)..if you have some feedback, then they will make sure that they will work on it..same goes for Fairfiled..the staffs were amazing..they listensed to me and then they kept on giving me surprises (from welcoming to giving me farewell)..I am totally in awwwwww...

Excellent presentation, very tasty and a variety of foods. I liked the way the Chef interacting with customers asking how he can do better.

The initial booking process had hiccups, However i was extremely overwhelmned with the services provided by the entire staff. The reception staff(Vijay for understanding our needs), the housekeeping,(for decorating the room) the chef (for the special chocolate pancake), the bartender (for the special kid juice) all took care of the smallest little thing and my kid/ family were very happy. The hospitalitly and customer service was nothing less than world class and this could easily be one of the best customer service i have ever received in one go. The Location of this hotel is great , i was looking for something close to the airport (10-15min). The view from the terrace and the infinity pool overlooks the hills and is quite lovely , especially in monsoon times. Breakfast timing and choices were good . I would recommend the Dosa at the counter, it was thin , crisp and superb ! The buffet spread in general was quite sufficient across lunch and dinner, with some traditional local cuisine choices as well as North Indian. Paneer & other fish, chicken dishes were well prepared and tasty. The staff were courteous, friendly and extremely helpful , i would say they went out of their way to fulfill even small requests. This was true in the restaurant as well as during check-in and check-out .

Restaurant with kindful Chef were noticeable especially Devendra was very interactive with the customers to know their choices and serve them better.

The staff hospitality. Especially the impeccable service from Front Office reception, Ajay. Also loved the cleanliness and fresh bedsheets. Food was of high quality.

The staff Lokesh, Shruti and Bijay were exceptionally courteous. The housekeeping personnel Sandeep did a great job in making sure our room was clean when we returned back exhausted after a long day. I would surely visit Vuzag and stay there!! It felt like staying at home away from Home. Janaki USA

Breakfast was great! Location could have been closer to the beach. Staff was delightful. I really like the variety of foods available. also, the bed was very comfortable and i liked the multiple pillows so I could prop up in be and read.
